Suzie Horan

Having spent much of her life on the coast of South Wales, Suzie is fascinated by the movement and reflections of the sea and has a particular interest in ammonites. These structures are delicate and beautiful whilst being naturally strong. Her intention is to thread these qualities through each piece of her work.

In her current collection of contemporary jewellery and tableware Suzie has employed the techniques of hammering and forming freely by hand with the more rigid process of pressforming. The resulting body of work is light, tactile and strong with interesting and beautiful reflections.

Suzie has won several prestigious awards for her exquisite work. Each piece is made individually in sterling silver and bears the designer's hallmark.
